The unit was established by the project within:

The aim of the project structural SOP ICE / 1.1.2 / 183/032 Development and implementation of a system for laboratory comparisons of electrical quantities in Poland was to develop a methodology and system of conducting interlaboratory comparisons for calibration laboratories in the field of measurement of electrical quantities, and its implementation and test the 5 laboratories. The project was developed procedures for interlaboratory comparisons Unit, based in the Institute of Telecommunications in Warsaw, which the accreditation PCA will implement a system of interlaboratory comparisons. PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and instrument DA-05 Policy Polish Accreditation Centre for proficiency testing / interlaboratory comparisons in the process of accreditation and supervision of laboratories, requires laboratories to have quality control procedures, which are ensure continuous monitoring of the validity of the results of testing / calibration supplied to customers. One of the important tools for this monitoring is to participate in proficiency testing / interlaboratory comparisons. Objects interlaboratory comparisons carried out under the project were patterns of electrical capacitance, inductance and resistance of their purchased under the project.
